You can now join a golf tour just like the pros! The Social Golf Tour! It's a golf tour where you compete against your friends on Facebook, wherever they live, in the real game of golf.
This application was built to help you improve your golf game while you participate on tour with your friends. With this software, your phone is a golf GPS device, and a score card. You can get distances to any point, get carry distances to sand traps and water hazards, score your rounds, view aerial imagery of the course, view measurements in meters or yards, and much more. It is a total game improvement system for Windows Phone 7! It's also your gateway to the Social Golf Tour where you can compete with your friends on Facebook!
When you post a round, you can logon to www.SocialGolfTour.com to see where you rank against your friends, wherever they play, throughout the season. We have several leaderboards, headlines, and other tour features just like the pros.
You can check to see if your course is already mapped by visiting www.SocialGolfTour.com. If not, you can use our mapping tool; you'll also earn reputation points on tour by mapping a course!
The free/Lite/trial version of our mobile application is supported by advertising. It does not have some game improvement features like US handicap calculation, course handicap calculation, statistic reporting, and, the ability to view layup club distances. The full version (non-Lite version) comes with everything you need to improve your game and earn your full Social Golf Tour card!
