Bible Verse of the Day Widget - This widget provides a Bible verse of the day to uplift and encourage you. It offers customizable versions, background and text colors, variable text size, and transparency. You can also tap on the widget to share the verse on Facebook, Twitter, text, email, etc., or to read the chapter the verse comes from. The verses are pulled from BibleGateway.com. I enjoy waking up to a new verse on my screen each morning, and hope you will find it useful in your walk with Christ.
Note: Due to a bug in Facebook, the verse is blank when you try to share it. Long-tap in the Facebook text field and you can paste the verse.
This is a widget only, so there won't be an icon in the app drawer. To use it, tap and hold on your home screen and go to 'Widgets'.
