CalleridLogger - CalleridLogger logs all incoming CallerID numbers with the date/time and a text file. When the phone rings the app will create a new text file with the date/time or the caller as well as the number in the selected folder. You can create notes for each call and browse and edit the calls. Note that you need CallerID to use this application.
