RecorderDateds is a high definition (44Khz) mono voice recorder that names the recorded wave file the current date and time and displays them in chronological order. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. The program overrides the default WindowsCE wave format

VocalEncoder - VocalEncoder allows you to send encoded messages to a person via the PocketPC VocalDecoder. Tap the button to record you voice. When you want to send the message tap the button and the program will re-play the audio at 5x the speed. The other person uses the PocketPC VocalDecoder to relay at 1/5 the speed. VocalDecoder - VocalDecoder program allows you to decode encoded voices from the PocketPC VocalEncoder. Tap the button to record the encoded audio message. Once you have received the encoded message (5x speed) tap the button to replay the voice message at 1/5 speed (100%). NOTE: Please do not use this for illegal purposes
