TwitsnapsViewer allows you to publish your pictures with location of each to your Twitter account via TwitSnaps.com. The program also has a built in mobile link viewer to view the uploaded pictures in Pocket Internet Explorer. The picture and notes is then uploaded to TwitSnaps.com
