TTSExplorer is a TTS (Text to Speech) engine that works in a file explorer interface. Select the folder where you have the text files and tap on the text file to convert to voice. The program keeps the PocketPC power 'alive' when playing and also allows you to turn off the backlight when playing. The TTS service is provided by Google.com
