ColorPicker - An amusing freeware that will let you personalize every one of your screens, without exception, by modifying the color of the components you want (title bar, menu backgrounds, etc...), like the Appearance tab of Windows Display Properties.
Also there are schemes available. In short, everything you need to see life through ... rose-tinted lenses
DevState - This is today plug-in for Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 5.0. This enables to add mainly 3 functions on your today screen like below:
- Displays Memory/Storage status.
- Displays Battery/Power status and it has following function.

disCali - disCali disables the "Align Screen" that pops up whenever you press the middle D-PAD button + Message Button.
Instructions:
1. Install the cab.
2. Run "disCali" form Start Menu > Programs, this will disable the align screen function from your entire device until soft-rest (even from the control panel).

Extended Control - Pocket PC Control Panel settings are notoriously difficult to access. Extended Control puts configurable icons on your today screen which provide direct access to frequently used settings.

FlashLight Colors 2002 allows you to to paint completely your PDA's screen with a color. You can also make 2 colors flashing alternatively. You can set the speed flash. In this new version you can choose any backcolor you want from multiples colors available. This backcolor will be stored in memory for the next launch
Force High Resolution - Many applications display poorly on Pocket PC VGA as they don't support VGA mode, but use "double pixelisation". There's a work-around for this problem without having to go to "Full VGA" (as SE_VGA and OzVGA do). But this requires adding a little file next to each specific executable
