Choose your target weight and MyPersonalDiet helps you determine how long a healthy diet takes.
Select your diet plan (such as low carb) or create your own. MyPersonalDiet notifies you if you select food that do not match your diet plan (such as choosing food too rich in carbs while being on a low-carb diet).

The day view shows a summary of calories (or kJ) and nutrients to quickly find out how much you can still consume (or not) for the remaining of the day. It also presents a diet summary that displays your weight trend since the start of your diet.
The month view allows you to see at-a-glance if your weight is on track with your goal or not, helping you make a prompt assessment of your situation and take the right decisions.
