It includes two game modes:
1. Try to accumulate as much value as possible before the 500 turns run out.
2. Make $10000 in the least number of turns.

· Added new game mode to get to $10000 in a least number of turns.
· Moved bottom three action buttons to a menu.
· Add preferences menu item.
