Quit Smoking Trainer - Stop Smoking! The Quit Smoking Trainer is a wonderful personalized hand held based application that allows users to quit smoking by first recording their smoke patterns and then building a gradual withdrawal program. Users then enter Stage 2, the Quitting Stage: In this Stage, the user can only smoke when the application allows. The idea being to disrupt your smoking pattern and to gradually increase the interval between smokes. The application lets you know when you can smoke next. You will learn that a few minutes will be difficult but you will quickly learn to wait longer and longer.
