Say What? - Repeat the sounds and colors as produced by the computer to see how far you can go. The game is started by pressing the PLAY button and then pressing the colors in the same sequence as generated by the computer, by using the stylus, or your finger. The selecting of the colors in playback must be done within a time limit of each press. Too slow and the pieces will become more identical, too fast and you lose. You want to play back the sounds as close to the same rhythem as the system played them to you. The sounds played for each of the colors are stored in the "WAVS" directory in the program directory. The files in this directory correspond with the color so if you want a new sound for the color red, place the new wav file in the directory and name it Red.wav and that new sound will be played whenever the Red color is pressed by either the computer or the player. It is not a good idea to make the file too long in length since it will hinder play if there is too long of a gap in the playing of the sounds. The best rule is to keep the file to one or two seconds. Using the recorder feature on your PDA, having your kids yell out the colors and saving these little files ai a great way to personalize the program for a loved one. Well you get the idea.
