It displays two time strips, each of which can be set to various zoom levels.
To zoom, tap or drag on the strip, higher to zoom in, lower to zoom out.

A different time can be specified for each day of the week.
All of the times can be set to the same value by using the "SET ALL" button on the right edge of the screen.
Syncer can be temporarily disabled by un-checking the checkbox
