nookLauncher is a simple application that works to allow users to run non-stock programs on the nook without having to get into any sort of complicated command line or VNC. It looks and feels a lot like the launcher from 1.1.1, which was full square icons. The stock 1.2 launcher has rounded icons and a shiny look to it.

OCLF- This is an APK (Normal Android App) that will install an EXT2 lag fix for you.
The APK itself can support a number of different lag fixes. It currently has the old OCLF V1 fix, which uses symlinks, and it now also has a new V2 fix which uses bind mounts.
How to use this:
Copy over the APK file onto your phone, and run/install it as normal using 'My Files'
One Launch Many Ad - For users who have a habit to launch certain default set of apps (e.g messaging,browser,email etc) every-time they screen on, this app is to serve that need.
To configure, tap New Task, enter a task description, tap Select Applications to add those apps you always want to launch them together. Check the Launch from widget checkbox. Tap Save
OneToucher - is an application which will add a side bar of fast access to programs and settings of your device. Release the run screen from needless tag marks and get access to the needed applications in any menu. You can add any application or game to the bar
