The year 2087. Almost all the Europe is flooded because of a global heating. The Great Britain, the Netherlands, as well as most of Scandinavia, France and Germany are wiped off the face of the earth. Resources are exhausted, borders stopped existing, and chaos and anarchy reign on the new islands. An emergency government, European Crisis Staff (EKS), was formed in Europe. But it is can not cope with the ever-increasing onslaught of refugees and the high degree of lawlessness.
On the other side are such groupings as Freedom Fighters, who are fighting for survival and their own independence. Become the first leader in the new world! Lead your troops to the victory in the battle for the future of Europe!
