With the leads applet, you now have a quick and easy way to keep track of your sign calls, even while on the road. Never miss another potential deal again because you lost the scrap of paper that had the person's name and phone number on! Sort by listing to quickly see how much activity each listing is getting, or to print a report for your clients.
The listing database allows you to keep track of lease rates and square footage for each listing. It also calculates commissions for each listing too! Customize this database to retrieve details about each listing in case you have to recite information when you don't have your fact sheets handy.
· The unregistered version allows full access to the databases except that it limits the number of records entered to 5 records in the leads database and 5 records in the listing database.
