Oil Painter - Oil Painter can help you turn your photos into works of art. Simply select a photo from the gallery, take a picture or use a blank image, then choose a brush and start painting over the image with your fingers. Colors will be automatically selected for you.
Prior to drawing on the picture, you can apply various effects to it, such as Posterize, Stencil and Sketch. Then you can draw over the modified photo.

Really awesome software its amazing i liked it very much its so good we can just as any colour to our world its so superb wow i loved it but now need to load this application just dying for it
