WO Webcam - WO Webcam is a useful application that can turn your Android smartphone into a webcam for your Windows computer. The solution consists of an Android app, that acts as a server and transmits video captured by the camera to the PC, and a Windows client that receives the streamed data and forwards it to the applications that need it.
