Running Log for HanDBase - Running log that keeps track of run, time, pace, total mileage, temperature, precipitation, wind, and shoe used. The Courses for RL data contains the list of runs (long name and a short name for display on the running log) and their distances. Fill in your runs here, when you enter a new run the courses for RL will be a pick list for runs. - 2000 Runs and Courses are examples included in the archive.
