For each enemy you will lose lives and energy. For each killed person you will receive gratuity. Money can be spent on purchase of new towers, on updating already constructed and even on moving to the following epoch. As each enemy has his own parametres (armour, flight, speed etc.), it is necessary to choose a tower wisely.
