Casper is a small cute ghost, who is always ready to help not only his friends but all the people in the city. Casper's neighbours are three nasty ghosts, they plan to turn all the citizens into zombies. They think this will make their life funnier. But little Casper is not going let them do this and will help the citizens to get rid of cruel ghosts.
