· This is not a launchable app on its own, you need to install Yahoo! Messenger to enable the call features
· To call, press the menu button in a Messenger conversation and tap the voice or video option
· Video is only supported on Android OS 2.2 and above

Bit Rubbish really - Samsung create a tablet (Tab 2 7" screen - excellent in most ways) specifically with a facing camera for voice chat and it doesnt work with Messenger.
