User interface
The new attractive skin based interface provides an easy way to listen to your favorite radio stations. Buttons are large enough to be controlled just by fingers without the need to use the stylus.
Database of Radio Streams
The wide database of more than 5000 radio stations guarantees that you will be able to find your favorite station. Search for the streams by country, provider, find the stations from your location or search in a group of the most popular ones. If you are interested in a specific station, use the quick search tool (search by name).
Import your own Radio Station
Even in the case that the radio station you cannot live without is not in the database, it is very simple to add it. You can do it manually by entering the stream's URL (or the official URL of the radio), title, musical genre and other parameters. After the successful process you may immediately listen to the radio.
Moreover, the radio channel is sent for validation and shortly after the confirmation it is added to the main database. This means that the database is being daily updated.
Favorites
All the radio stations you are interested in are being collected in Favorites. It is very easy to return to them and play them again and again.
Lyrics
If the radio stream transmits details such as the name of the currently played song, Resco Pocket Radio has a function to search for its lyrics. If they are found, they are immediately displayed. The service is powered by Musixmatch (www.musixmatch.com).
Recording + Scheduler + Alarm Clock
Beside the possibility to record the radio directly, you can even use the scheduled recording feature that lets you record broadcasting while you are away, or when the program runs late at night. Users may also set up an alarm clock with your favorite radio station.
