MSPoints - This is a simple app that converts Microsoft Points into dollars and vice versa.
There didn't seem to be any good apps to do this in the Marketplace so I went ahead and wrote one!
The only supported currency is US dollars. Let me know if you want me to add some more, there is an email address in the app under 'about'.
