FingerFilerds allows you to make program/file category buttons and for each button you can add/edit a list of finger friendly files for each. Select 'Add New' to add a new button and use your fingers to tap on the button. For each button you can add a list of programs/files. When you tap on the file the PocketPC will launch the file in the associated PocketPC application set in the registry.
