Bible With You (EB1985) - The Bible translation ''Elberfelder Bibel'' is known as one of the most accurate German Bible translations. For over a century the ''old version'' was very popular because of its precision and accuracy of translation but it became necessary to revise the old version to make it more comprehensible for today''s reader. Although it was a goal of the revision to improve understanding of the biblical texts, the main goal was to keep the translation as close to the original Hebrew and Greek texts as possible. Furthermore there are annotations, headings and cross references to help with personal bible studies.
