Portuguese: Versao Brasileira (VB) This Brazilian Translation of the Bible (Tradução Brasileira da Bíblia) is also known as Version Brasileira, or Brazilian edition. It was published at the beginning of the twentieth century. It is a literal translation, the result of a collaboration of several Brazilian scholars. The translation began in 1902 and was completed in 1914 and in 1917 the entire work was published.
