Rudi Rastelli's ISO TOOLS is a popular multi-functional app designed to create, extract, split, join, modify, and patch ISO images for PS3. Since the basic idea has already been mastered, most of the changes in this build are on the smaller side. A bug has been fixed that displayed the incorrect number of files to be converted, and 7z has been updated to include a more stable release. For those looking to get the most out of Cobra firmware or the Mamba payload, this app is a no-brainer.
