Proloquo2Go provides a full-featured augmentative and alternative communication solution for people who have difficulty speaking. It provides natural sounding text-to-speech voices, up-to-date symbols, powerful automatic conjugations, a default vocabulary of over 7000 items, full expandability and extreme ease of use.
Proloquo2Go is for anyone who cannot afford spending thousands of dollars on an AAC device and yet wants a solution that is just as good if not better. What's New in This Release:
· Added visual feedback when message window is tapped.
· Repeated taps on the message window can now stop speech, restart speech, pause/continue speech or be ignored.
· A repeat delay can be set on the message window and the vocabulary buttons to prevent users from repeating the same message or button(s) over and over again.
· A hold duration can be set on the message window and the vocabulary buttons to prevent users with fine motor issues from accidentally triggering the wrong message or vocabulary button.
· Auto-conjugation now supports possessives of proper nouns.
· Two beautiful new voices were added: The American English female voice Tracy (included in the app) and Indian English female voice Deepa (free download in the app).
· Word prediction can now be set to learn only correctly spelled words.
· Auto-spacing now handles numbers and dates more intelligently. Auto-spacing can also be turned off now.
· Over 15 other fixes and enhancements.
What's New in 1.5:
· Advanced, self-learning multi-word prediction in the Typing View using AssistiveWare's PolyPredix engine. Supports British and American English.
· Support for VGA adapter to present on external screens for training purposes
· Improved toolbar layout for Typing View.
· Several bug fixes, including a potential crash when using accented characters
