Projekt ten realizowany jest przez miasto stoleczne Warszawe oraz Stowarzyszenie Stoleczne Towarzystwo Ochrony Ptakow STOP, dzieki przyznanemu przez Komisje Europejska dofinansowaniu ze srodkow Instrumentu Finansowego na Rzecz Srodowiska (LIFE+) oraz dzieki dotacji Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Srodowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej.
