TwitPic allows you to easily share pictures with the world through Twitter. This app provides the easiest way to upload pictures to TwitPic from your Windows Phone.
To choose a picture for uploading, you can either launch the app and then choose from your library or take a new picture with the camera, or you find your picture in the Photos Hub and use the Extras menu to launch the app with the selected picture.
Once you have a picture, you can choose to enter in a description and then send both to TwitPic where they send out a tweet with the text and a link to the image.
Twitter account information is only stored locally and sent to TwitPic when posting images; none of your information goes anywhere else.
