PictureBitmaps allows you to select a JPEG image and converts it to a 24-bit bitmap file copy or a monochrome bitmap. Select the colour mode and tap the button to select the JPEG image to convert. You can also preview the converted images. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
