Spinner is just a little toy that simulates a spinner as might be found in several children's games as an alternative to dice.
You can control how many segments the field is composed of, so you could argue that this is something of a decision-making tool. You can also control the friction of the spinner, impacting how long it takes to come to a stop.
Version 1.2 highlights the winning number and uses a 3rd party shared library for its math routines.
