Do I need to have Handbase in my device for Dr.Eyes to function?
No. Dr.Eyes is a stand alone software. It can exist by itself. We just utilized the engine of Handbase (with permission) to achieve those 'wants' above.
Note #1: The trial version only has a 1 way synchronization flow with the desktop version. But upon purchase, you may be able to receive the unlock code plus the 2 way conduit as another BONUS with no additional charge!
Note #2: The pop-up databases included in the download (ex. Drug list, diagnosis, etc.) are just examples to guide you. You have to edit it and customize it to your style and practice.
