PictureNoter checks the PocketPC camera storage folder for JPEG images and when a new picture is detected the program starts the monochrome drawing toolkit. You can make a note drawing for the picture just taken and it is appended to the end of a new JPEG file in the 'PictureNoter' subfolder
PictureDrawings allows you to attach 256 colour bitmap drawing to the end of your PocketPC camera pictures. When you take a picture the program then starts the drawing toolkit and you can draw a colour bitmap image. The bitmap is appended to the end of the JPEG image
