Pocket Humanity - a game strongly inspired by Civilization. Recently made available in an alpha version, the program is in a playable state but most of the features that made Civilization great remain to be developed (in fact, only discovery, armies and terrain are available).
The website regularly updates with new versions (at least a version per week) and a forum exists for recording your comments and impressions.
