pRuler is an application for Pocket PC 2003 which allows you to measure things with your Pocket PC. Features of pRuler include:

- Runs in fullscreen to maximize measuring area.
- Configurable height of screen.
- Close button (new in 1.1).
- Hi-DPI aware (new in 1.1). Install:
- Download and unzip pRuler.
- Upload unzipped exe file to your Pocket PC. Uninstall:
- Find the pRuler.exe file.
- Delete it. Update Description:
