VJSmallIcons - This program is used to shrink the icons in the Start Menu > Programs launcher built into Pocket PCs.
Note: it only works once, each time you change the folder. So assign it to a hardware key.
Note: you must launch "programs" once before use; it will complain if you don't.
Install the cab and launch the shortcut. Optionally, use the numbers 0 to 4 on the shortcut to change the view style (small icons, large icons, details etc).
Example:
VJSmallIcons.exe 3
will give you a nice listview style

Pocket M3Gate Pocket M3Gate - Pocket M3Gate is a WAP navigator. It supports the WML pages that you might usually view on your mobile phone.
The interface very much resembles that of Pocket Internet Explorer with the ability to define favourites. However, I could not get a easy to read font.
Pocket M3Gate uses HTTP, so there's no need for a WAP gateway
FavoritesGuide FavoritesGuide - FavoritesGuide lets you organize your web favorites by categories.
FavoritesGuide requires that you have both the 'BeanDLL.dll' file ** and ** the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer. Simply unzip the file for your processor and place the DLL file in the 'Windows' folder of your PocketPC computer
RegisteredSoftware RegisteredSoftware - This program allows you to keep track of the software that you have registered. You use a separate file for each type of computer.
This program requires that you have both the 'BeanDLL.dll' file ** and ** the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer
Toggle3G Toggle3G - A little tool that toggles between 3G and GPRS. Basically it does the same as if you click on the 3G button in the CommManager.
The main usage would be in scripts or through a shortcut as it has no GUI and toggles it quite fast
MobileInfo MobileInfo - This application is part of the author's "30 Days of .NET" initiative to develop 30 mobile applications in 30 days. The source code of the application is included in order to help programmers new to Windows Mobile development write applications in .NET.

RandomViewer RandomViewer - This program displays the randomness of your PocketPC processor. Tap the button to start the program. The program generates a random number from 1-100. The top right corner is top count.

SensorScroll SensorScroll- uses the HTC Touch Diamond/PRO Gesture Wheel to scroll up and down inside windows which allow scrolling (has a scroll bar). It can also emulate key pressing instead of scrolling.

PQz_CHECK PQz_CHECK is a key code checker that displays key events

For no good reason at all, I've tried to implement a sleep/power off mode
VJTodayButton VJTodayButton - This simple app needs to be assigned to a Hardware Key using the control panel.
Then, when the assigned hardware button is pressed, the PDA will switch from your current application to the Today Screen. When you let go of the assigned key, it will jump back to the application you were previously in
VJDeviceLock VJDeviceLock - This program is only for use with the new Phone Roms that provide the Today Plugin, "Device Lock".
This small program can be launched, and it will immediately lock the phone using that plugin.
I'm not sure what it's compatible with - it works on my HTC Universal, and may work on the HTC Wizard
VJBrisk VJBrisk - VJBrisk is a small .exe file that can be used to replace another .exe.
eg, If you want to change your (for example) Inbox.exe application and make it launch a third party email application, but the Inbox.exe is somehow hardcoded into a skin or application, then rename VJBrisk.exe to Inbox.exe, and replace the old Inbox.exe with the new one
VJSmallIcons II VJSmallIcons II - This little program is used, like VJSmallIcons, to change the view mode of the "Programs" program launcher built into the Pocket PC.
Please launch Programs before launching VJSmallIcons II.
There are no command line options, just a configuration menu enabled by clicking on the little icon in the top right corner
VJSlippyPalm VJSlippyPalm - This is a support app for the the Palm Messaging App.
Once installed, you lose some access to the normal inbox, which you may still want.
Using VJSlippyPalm, you can assign the app to a hardware key.
Running VJSlippyPalm will then launch the Palm Messaging app
VJKeyPress This program can be used to simulate pretty much any keypress on the PocketPC
VJPhoneToggle VJPhoneToggle - This program is used to toggle the phone.
If you have worries that the phone is using up too much memory in the background, assign it to a hardware key or a shortcut.
If the phone is open, it will be closed. If it is closed, it will be opened
