GraphJPEGegs is a full-featured graph paper drawing tool that allows you to compose 240x268 pixel JPEG images with custom compression. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. You can also re-load a saved JPEG image after saving to view the actual compressed image. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
