Algunos años he tenido éxito pero siempre terminaba recuperando mi peso anterior. Este año, he decidido cambiar de estrategia. He pasado desde el mes de enero hasta mayo haciendo diferentes tipos de ejercicios pero solo perdí 6 kilos. Bastante patético, ¿no?
He estado ejercitándome haciendo cardio pero eso nunca me dió hizo que mi apariencia física mejorara. Me he dado cuenta que lo que como es un problema mucho mayor y empecé a buscar una solución por Internet y fue así que descubrí el Sistema Venus. Miré un video que me dejó intrigada y compré el Sistema Venus. Empecé el 17 de Junio con 78kg y en mi primera semana, ya había perdido 7kg. Esto me motivó mucho para seguir con el resto del programa.
