PictureJPEGer allows you to convert JPEG images into zoomed JPEGs. Use the file explorer to browse the JPEG files on your PocketPC. When you tap on the file the file is opened in the picture viewer and a screen snapshot is taken of the zoom(s) and written in JPEG file format. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group
