Before installing the theme, set your phones certification settings (Menu / Tools / App. mgr. / Options / Settings OR in newer models Menu / Settings / Application mgr. / Installation sett.) for software installation to -All- and for Online certif. check to -Off-.
The theme is well tested and completely safe to install and use, even if you get a pop-up warning during the installation process (which is just caused by a feature of the theme editing software).
