Users can vote for each candidate only once in each category. users can change their votes whenever they want, thus making the ranks dynamics
- Ranking
The ranking is calculated based on the weighted average of the votes. With the same average wins who has the most individual votes
- Comments
Each user can leave comments on each candidate in each category. Comments deemed inappropriate to the site will be removed and the user is deprived of the opportunity to comment again
- Messages
Send messages to other registered users!
