The action of the game takes place in a fantastic city Tokyo-to. The task of the players is to avoid police, earn reputation and penetrate into one of the street gangs, who are armed with spray and paint and move not in cars or bikes but by means of roller skates. The players must move through each level, painting the graffiti on the specially marked places and manage to do this within limited period of time. The players must look around very carefully as captain Onishima and cops controlling the territory can appear any moment. They will try to prevent you from doing your job. In Street mode the players can select any character from street gangs, such as GG's: Beat, Gum and Tab. They will need to demonstrate their skills in roller skating to be accepted to the gang.
