The players take control over one of two members of the department - Jumbo or Sally. Their task is to save Neo City. You will have to run, jump, climb nobody knows where, operate a tank, fly in rockets and shoot numerous terrorists, snipers, bikers, ugly mutants and crazy guys on six stages of the game. Bosses are represented by such monsters as Robo-Corpse and Beast Kimkoh.
