The events of Final Fantasy IV take place on the fictional planet with artificial and natural satellites on its orbit. The surroundings are represented by fantasy entourage with some of science fiction. The game tells the story of the adventures of the knight, whose name is Cecil. He tries to save the world from the destruction and prevent evil wizard Golbez from taking powerful crystals. Many other characters will join the main hero during the game, some of them will leave the team because of some certain circumstances caused by the plot of the game.
