Level 1: Don’t be nervous, I am a civil servant. Your job is to finish the city planning and increase the population to a million within 1 year. You have to aware of the balance of development of each plan, if not, you will fail. It’s important for you, remember this!
Level 2: I am your secretary. Your job is to finish the city planning and increase the population to two millions within 1 year. You have to aware of the balance of development of each plan. If fail, your file will be passed to the unemployment center.
Level 3: I am your assistant. Your job is to finish the city planning and increase the population to three millions within 1 year. If you succeed, we will get a garden city!
Rule:
Players could choose different levels to challenge, there are three states: 1. time goes by: the basic state, when start the game, on the main interface, time goes automatically day by day.
2.Build state: move the cursor, press num. 5 to set up the building to be built; move the cursor to choose the site, press num.5 to start your work. Under this state, time is stopped.
3.City state: press num.7 on the main interface to check the state of the city, move the cursor to check the working situation. Under this state, time is stopped.
