The Listener The Listener is a free Windows Phone 7 Metro style looking application that allows you to record sound.
You can pause/resume recording at will and even through multiple application launches.
It has an option to add notes to a recording that will show up while playing it and it also has a trimmer tool that enables you to edit the recorded sounds
