Minute Maker for Pocket PC has been designed to ensure that it is intuitive and very easy to use. It provides you with a timesaving device that will enable you to deliver the minutes of any meeting to the necessary recipients within minutes of getting back to your desk. Mobile professionals are able to provide formal minutes of meetings without the need to return to their office. Minutes can be exchanged with attendees who have a Pocket PC or other Windows CE system via the Infra-red link or distributed via E-mail as an attachment. Minute Maker can also double as a useful outliner tool for capturing business or personal notes.
