AKsoft LED control it'll let you enable, disable or set the blinking mode of the LED on your Smartphone
Although some models aren't fully supported (as the LED's are controlled by hardware) you can still change the LED "blinking" frequency with this software.
I haven't given this a try myself as yet, so please let everyone know if it worked on your handset by posting a comment below! :)
