Hasta hace unos meses, estaba haciendo lo que siempre hago, buscando un programa de entrenamiento para ayudarme a perder el peso que había ganado el año anterior. Cada año era lo mismo hasta que llegué a pesar 78kg
en mi último cumpleaños en Octubre. La única diferencia es que para mi cumple número 40, quería conseguir de una vez por todas el mejor estado de forma de mi vida. He pasado los últimos 17 años teniendo hijos y tratando de perder peso. Así que entrenar y hacer dieta no es nada nuevo para mí. Algunos años he tenido éxito pero siempre terminaba recuperando mi peso anterior. Este año, he decidido cambiar de estrategia. He pasado desde el mes de enero hasta mayo haciendo diferentes tipos de ejercicios pero solo perdí 6 kilos. Bastante patético, ¿no?
He estado ejercitándome haciendo cardio pero eso nunca me dió hizo que mi apariencia física mejorara. Me he dado cuenta que lo que como es un problema mucho mayor y empecé a buscar una solución por Internet y fue así que descubrí el Sistema Venus. Miré un video que me dejó intrigada y compré el Sistema Venus. Empecé el 17 de Junio con 78kg y en mi primera semana, ya había perdido 7kg. Esto me motivó mucho para seguir con el resto del programa. Ahora peso 25kg menos. ¡Acabo de pasar el mejor cumple de mi vida!
